The average person breathes 12-15 breaths a minute, or 17,280 - 21,600 breaths a day. Prāṇāyāma (breath control) offers us a powerful intervention for health, healing, and awakening. This six-week session will deepen your awareness and connection to yourself through something you already do every day. Breathe!
Every class will include simple stretches, lecture, inquiry in seated and reclining positions. The majority of our time together will be experiential in nature. This is a cumulative series so we encourage you to attend all six sessions. If you are unable to attend a session, please sign up for the Livestream session and you will receive a recording of the class via email to do on your own.
