This series offers seven chakra themed Sound Baths to clear blockages and tone the chakras, allowing you to open to higher consciousness. Each class will include chakra education, chanting and a Sound Bath using frequencies targeting the specific energy wheels. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfort items etc. Sound healing is appropriate for everyone.

This is the second of seven classes in the series. It will focus on the Svadhishthana (sacral) chakra. Located between the genitals and the navel this energy center is associated with creativity, sexuality, reproduction and pleasure. Unbalanced, you may feel guilty, shyness, or irresponsible. Balanced, you feel creativity, joy, prosperity, fertility, and pleasure.
