Pranayama: Foundations of Breathing 6 Week Series (In Studio & Livestream)

  • Lakeview Yoga Studio 628 East McMurray Road McMurray, PA, 15317 United States (map)

The average person breathes 12-15 breaths a minute, or 17,280 - 21,600 breaths a day. Prāṇāyāma (breath control) offers us a powerful intervention for health, healing, and awakening. This six-week session will deepen your awareness and connection to yourself through something you already do every day. Breathe!

Every class will include simple stretches, lecture, inquiry in seated and reclining positions. The majority of our time together will be experiential in nature.
