This series offers seven chakra themed Sound Baths to clear blockages and tone the chakras, allowing you to open to higher consciousness. Each class will include chakra education, chanting and a Sound Bath using frequencies targeting the specific energy wheels. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfort items etc. Sound healing is appropriate for everyone.

This is the first of seven classes in the series. It will focus on the muladhara (root) chakra. Located at the base of the spine, this energy center is associated with survival, vitality, stability, and security. Unbalanced, you may feel anxious, fearful, or low self esteem. Balanced, you feel grounded and secure.
