If you are like me, maybe you have some big life transitions coming up in 2023 or maybe you’re in the midst of one right now. Let yoga be your support tool to help navigate these times. This 90 minute practice will include elements of flow, gentle/restorative, and meditation from the "Beginners Mind" perspective to inspire us to enter into the new year in a mindful, inspired way. "Beginner's Mind" is a Buddhist practice that encourages approaching activities with an open mind, allowing us to more fully appreciate the present moment. All are welcome. This class is appropriate for all levels as modifications and variations will be offered for all. Every class with me is a “choose your own adventure” class. New Years Day Yoga is no exception.
